Since 1987 Proteus Software has been helping warehouse centric businesses achieve greater operational efficiency and productivity through scalable Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS). The company has put in over 500 implementations of WMS in all variations and sizes and can provide ‘paper based’ warehouse management or completely paperless, utilising radio frequency technology. The company employs over 120 customers in the UK and a further 100 globally. Solutions are fully scaleable as demonstrated by the companies client base, which range from small to medium enterprises through to major blue chip organisations.

Why CSW?
A decision was made 16 years ago to move to the CSW area as a centralised base to operate from means that we can easily reach anywhere in the UK within  a short time frame.  The location is perfect for us as it is a few minutes to all the major road and rail networks. Birmingham International Airport is very conveniently situated a couple of miles away, which means that we can get to our overseas clients in Ireland, South Africa and Asia without having to travel unnecessarily to further airports through heavy traffic.

The NEC is just around the corner from Birmingham Business Park, and as we frequently exhibit there it makes the exhibiting processes a pleasant experience. CSW is attracting a lot of information technology companies to the area; we are very pleased to have been one of the first IT companies established here
