Plans are underway for the development of a medical technology park at one of CSW’s major investment sites. Advantage West Midlands, the land owners of the Ansty site in Warwickshire, have released 20 acres for the first phase of the Medipark development. Infrastructure works start on site in Spring 2007.
Ansty is located adjacent to the new University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire and is conveniently located for the Midlands motorway network, with direct access to the M6 J2 & M69. 82% of the UK’s population is within 150 miles by road of the site and Birmingham International Airport is only 27 kilometres (17 miles) from Ansty.
The site also offers good accessibility to a highly educated and diverse workforce, with close proximity to both the University of Warwick and Coventry University.
